Transcript: U.S.-Iraqi security pact

U.S. Ambassador to Iraq Ryan Crocker and Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari endorsed a framework Nov. 17 for the withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq. The Iraqi Parliament in its Thursday session gave its consent to the agreement but set the matter for a public referendum in 2009.
